[ Takuto opens the door up to his place again. ]

Yes yes, I'm coming.

[ He was still giggling a little as he walked past Takuto to enter his home. It was a lot cleaner than the first time he visited. ]

[ There was a small, purple-tinted succulent plant on his window ledge, sitting there all cute. ]

... I said that to be funny, but now I feel like a crazy person. Anyway, make yourself at home.

Yep. I named my plant.

[ He says it in a really deadpan fashion, because it really does make him sound kind of crazy. ]

If I had a cat, that's what I would name it. Even if it were a dude cat.

[ he smiles happily and toes off his shoes by the front door. ]

[ He's already in slippers and pulling off his loose jacket. ]

My place is pretty boring right now... sorry.

[ He smiles brightly. He really will have to bring over some things for Takuto to decorate his room with though. He finishes what was left in his cup and takes it over to the sink. ]

[ It's a pretty small little studio pad, so it's not hard to find. Just around the corner. What does stand out in the plain place is he got some kitchen cloths with print of caw paw prints on them. Cute stuff. ]

It's 'cause I'm a clean, single teen in a crazy world.

[ He had stretched himself out across his floor. ]

[ He laughed and made a face at Takuto. Gosh. ]

Make sure you keep your socks off the floor and all that jazz young man.

[ He looked up at his senpai, then gave him a salute. ]

[ Atsushi laughed again, washing out the cup, drying it and then setting it on the counter before making his way back to Takuto, He sits on the floor beside him. ]

Brat.

What? Did I just hear that? The last person who called me a brat was my dad.

[ Long pause. ]

Probably. I was too busy keeping him from destroying the planet.

A-ah... w-well I can promise you, I meant it in the most playful and friendliest way possible.

[ Takuto slid over and put his head against Atsushi's leg. ]

[ Atsushi smiled gently down at him and reached over to pet his hair a little. ]

[ He's shy about most things, but Atsushi is a good person and a friend. So he melts as he's pet; his hair is a fluffy, thick mess of untamable pretty boy youth. ]

I feel safe when I'm with you.

That makes me happy to know you feel that way. I'd feel terrible if I made you intimidated.

[ he laughs a bit, still letting his fingers fluff through his hair. ]

Ah... you know what? I realized I don't know much about you besides the magical things.

Oh! Uhm... I'm actually very shy and introverted. Hard to believe, but... I just make myself act. I lost a friend when I was in middle school, so I'm trying to live out my youth and the rest of my life for him. Because he had a zest for life and being bold and radiant... so I gotta. Since he never got to live on.

[hurricanechef]

That's really noble of you... I'm sure he would be happy to see you trying new things in life.

[universalboy]

I hope so. He was... so alive. I wanted to embrace that. So now I'm more open, and I'm doing so much better. I'm just sad he died for me to change at all.

I'm sure... he doesn't fault you for it though.
