[ her eyes narrow. ]

I take promises very seriously.

[ even though she said she wasn't going to ask...]

What was up with those matching uniforms?

[hurricanechef]

It's kind of embarrassing.

[ He laughs a bit and holds out his arm, pulling up his sleeve to show her a bracelet. It's not at all like his amulet one, and has little wings attached to a bright green heart. ]

[schmisse]

[ that's... actually a really cool bracelet. she looks at it closer, then looks up at atsushi, expecting him to explain why he's showing her a bracelet. ]

Remember how I told you my school gets attacked by students transformed into monsters? Well... we're kind of the ones who save the day. This is how we transform. They're called Lovracelets

[schmisse]

So, this bracelet helps you transorm how...?

[ is it also secretly a gun?? ]

[hurricanechef]

We have to do this really embarrassing thing, and when we do, it starts to glow and we magically change into those outfits you saw us in.

[schmisse]

Why do you do it, if it's so embarrassing to you?

[hurricanechef]

Well we were kind of chosen to be the heros. But we didn't choose how to transform. It's just kind of a rule or something.

But if we don't transform, we can't save the innocent people who get hurt.

[schmisse]

Who chose you?

[ she's asking so many questions, isn't she... ]

[hurricanechef]

You're probably not going to believe me, but a talking Wombat.

[schmisse]

[ weiss was about to take another sip of her tea but she stops and almost drops her cup. before she reacts vocally, though, she shakes her head and clears her throat. ]

I'll just nod and accept this.

[hurricanechef]

Now you're thinking like a Battle Lover.

[schmisse]

That's just taking things too far.

[hurricanechef]

Trust me, we felt the same way too when we met him. He just sort of appeared out of nowhere and put these bracelets on us. They don't come off either.

[schmisse]

. . . as long as he means well, I guess.

[hurricanechef]

In his own way I think he means well.

[schmisse]

So, does this... wombat take a bath with you and En too?

[hurricanechef]

Unfortunately so. He's really smelly, so Yumoto always brings him in with all of us to bathe.

[schmisse]

How many of you actually take a bath together?!

[ that was probably said a bit too loudly. the other people look at them. oops. ]

[hurricanechef]

[ He laughs sheepishly, but hearing her say it so loud got him a little flustered. ]

Well there's me, En, Ryuu, Io, Yumoto, and Wombat usually.

[schmisse]

[ dear god. that is not a mental image she wants to have. ]
